I had the best experience today at Mosman 2088 (Avenue Road) and I’ve never said those words in my life about a blood test! Mohammad was simply outstanding with his bedside manner and technique. I am needle phobic and upon telling Mohammad this, he reassured me it would be painless. Naturally, I was sceptical! However, true to his word, I felt nothing. 3 vials later (I never even realised he was switching vials as usually I can feel this – in the wrong hands, it feels like your vein is being stabbed even deeper), I was in disbelief.
